What sort of payments do we accept?PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and other payment options are all accepted at PoundRedeemed.

How can I add a product bundle to my basket?Many of the amazing things that PoundRedeemed carries are available as part of product bundles. A product bundle combines two or more of the same item into one package at a discount, giving you more for your money. You only need to add one item to your basket because the product bundle will be automatically assigned to your order, regardless of whether the product bundle specifies that you will receive 2/3/4...etc for a stated price.

Do I need to register for an account before placing an order?You can place an order with us without having to register for an account. To take full use of our account privileges, we do, however, highly advise that you first create an account. You may track and check your order history, adjust your delivery and billing addresses, earn discounts off of future orders, and save your favourite products for simple reordering on all subsequent purchases by creating an account.

Do we have any high street shops?PoundRedeemed is solely an online store with a wide selection. We deliver every order directly to your door. We may have high street stores sooner.

Am I able to repeat a previous order?Of course. Just head over to the items you previously ordered and purchase them once again.

Who are the Delivery companies that will deliver our parcel?We work with Royal mail, Evri, DPD, UPS and other reputable delivery companies so we can get your items delivered to you.

How do I place an order on PoundRedeemed store?Visit our website, browse through your favourite products you wish to buy and simply click “Buy” go to basket and check out, pay for your items including delivery fees.
