This pillow contains hollowfibre and microfibre filling which fall into the synthetic category. These are alternative to a natural down filling giving you extra warmth and ensuring a featherweight feel.
Then you have the bounce back which is filled with spiral fibres (spring like fibres) which will naturally bounce back to its original shape resulting in the staying plump for longer. Its comfy.
