All the items will be dispatched within 1-3 business day after receipt of payment.
All items are sent out from our location in the UK.
All purchased items will be dispatched via Royal mail, EVRI, DPD, UPS, Parklink and other reliable delivery companies. Express delivery either (Next working day)..and or 1-3 business days depending on customers location and usually arrives within 1-5 business days(not include weekends and holidays).
The transit time is highly dependent on delivery companies service after items being dispatched.
We ship items to your specified delivery address stated on your account. Please make sure delivery address is correctly stated before payment of items is made. We are unable to take any responsibility for wrong address, any custom delay or taxes
RETURN POLICY
Returns for Refund: We grant refunds for all items within a 30-day window period with the following exclusions:
Any item that was not purchased through us. Anything item that is not brand-new, opened, or not in its original packaging. Any product that has been installed or that has undergone installation attempts. Any product that is returned to us without its original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and all other items enclosed in the exact condition in which it was received.
Any product that is shipped back to us without its original packing, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, or any other items enclosed in the same condition as when it was delivered any product that shows physical damage, either to the item itself or to the original packing materials and accessories inside the product box. any goods with a changed or missing serial number. Products that are determined to be ineligible will be returned to you. Additionally, P&P will be charged for any incorrect or unnecessary orders.
